Mind-blowing stay at this incredible hotel with super friendly staff who went above and beyond to make our trip jaw-droppingly amazing! From conquering my fear of mopeds to unforgettable jamming sessions, every moment was pure bliss. The jungle trekking was superb, allowing us to meet Mina and other Orangutans, while Amin and Jerry ensured our safety at all times. The guides were excellent, making our forest trek and village trip unforgettable. The owner was responsive and the staff always had smiles on their faces. Can't wait to come back with my unborn kid. Thanks for making us feel safe and providing us with a perfect jungle adventure.

Spent my new year at a hotel surrounded by lush forests and mountains. Enjoyed the amazing views from my room’s balcony that overlooked a beautiful river. The jungle trek organized by the staff was an experience of a lifetime, we saw dozens of rare animals and even had lunch in the middle of the jungle. The staff’s attention to detail and hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. a great place to disconnect and immerse yourself in nature.
The hike to the hotel was a bit challenging, with a long walk on an uneven pathway, it might not be suitable for people with mobility issues. the hotel’s WiFi signal was weak, and we had to go to the reception area to get a reliable connection.

The rooms were uncomfortable and outdated, with a musty smell. We were also disappointed with the lack of hot water for showers.

We were amazed by the warm welcome we received upon our late arrival. The room was impeccably clean and the bathroom had a unique cave-like design. The hotel organized a fantastic jungle hike where we had the incredible opportunity to see orangutans up close. The lunches provided during the hike were delicious and the tour guides were knowledgeable and supportive. Despite the minor inconvenience of limited wifi, the overall experience at this hotel was exceptional. We highly recommend it. I will definitely recommend this hotel for an unforgettable jungle adventure.

The hotel's location across from the river offers a stunning view of the surrounding jungle. The large rooms, with transparent jungle views in the bathrooms, provide a unique experience. The friendly and helpful staff ensure a comfortable stay, and the delicious food and drinks are a delight. The hotel also offers an airport transfer service for convenience.
The hotel's prices for extra services, such as the jungle trek and airport shuttle, were found to be more expensive compared to other companies offering the same services.
